Returns Policy

  • 14-Day Return Policy: Items can be returned within 14 days if they are in their original state and packaging, and are not faulty, damaged, or used. Perishable goods like cement and plaster are non-refundable.
  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods: Must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Check products upon receipt and report any damage or errors on delivery documentation or via email. Return the items promptly for review and approval for an exchange or refund. Restocking fees will not apply if you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect.
  • Custom Products: Personalized, cut, made-to-measure, or machined items are non-refundable. Report any discrepancies within 48 hours via email.
  • Collection/Restocking Fees: If you wish to return any items that require collection, you will incur a minimum charge of 15% of the order value, this may vary depending on location and product type.
  • Customer-Collected Goods: Must be returned to the original branch unless otherwise instructed.

Refunds

  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may take up to 7 working days due to bank processing times.

Consumer Cancellation Right

  • Order Cancellation: Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel your order from the time of placement until 14 days after receiving the goods.

Pricing

  • Price Listings: Prices are listed with and without VAT and are subject to change without notice. On the odd occasion, incorrectly listed prices will be corrected before the order is processed, with options for customer instructions or order rejection.
  • Terms Alteration: These terms and conditions may be altered at any time without prior notice
