Delivery Information

  • Free Delivery is available on order over £250
  • Reporting Discrepancies: Any issues must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver stocked items within 2-3 working days. Next-day delivery available on request. Deliver timeframes will be impacted by branch closures and over holiday periods, please check our opening hours for more detail.
  • Special Instructions: Include any special delivery instructions or restrictions with your order.
  • Kerbside Delivery Only: Our drivers will assist as much as possible, but deliveries are limited to kerbside only.
  • Delivery Coverage: Contact us via email if your postcode isn’t covered online.
  • Delivery Timescales: While best efforts are made to meet delivery times, delivery is guaranteed within 30 days. If not met, customers can cancel for a full refund including delivery charges.
  • Single Delivery: Efforts will be made to deliver orders in a single shipment. Mixed products with different lead times will follow the longest lead time.
  • Receiving Deliveries: Deliveries must be received and signed for. Redelivery attempts may incur additional charges. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact delivery times. We accept no responsibility for goods once they have been delivered. 

 

Health & Safety: Ahead of Delivery

  • Notify Branch: Inform the branch of any health and safety issues, such as road restrictions or uneven ground.
  • Unsuitable Sites: Delivery won’t proceed if the site is deemed unsuitable.
  • Safety During Offloading: Maintain a safe distance during the offloading process.

Lost Deliveries

  • Lost Parcels: Report lost parcels via [email protected] for resolution with the carrier, we do not accept responsibility for any goods sent by courier that are lost or damaged in transit.
